The Ministry of Education and
Science of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth
of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian
Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) announce the admission of foreign citizens,
stateless persons and compatriots living abroad for studies in Russian
educational institutions of higher education at the expense of federal budget
allocations in an academic year 2014/2015.
The set of the documents should be presented to the Rossotrudnichestvo by March 15, 2014, which in its turn passes them to the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
Candidates for studies at the expense of federal budget allocations are chosen in three steps: at the first one the Rossotrudnichestvo makes its choice, at the second step the Russian Ministry of Education and Science jointly with the educational institutions of the Russian Federation screen the applicants.
Within the third and last step the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia sends the consideration results on every applicant to the Rossotrudnichestvo, which brings this information to notice of the Russian and foreign embassies and missions of the Rossotrudnichestvo in other countries.
Foreign citizens with insufficient knowledge of Russian have a right for education at pre-university preparatory departments and faculties of educational establishments on supplementary comprehensive programs.
Please be informed that all charges related to an applicant's reception, arrival to the place of future studies and medical insurance are at the expense of an applicant.
