2015-2016 Princeton University Postdoctoral Fellowships





The Center for African American Studies at Princeton University invites applications from pre-tenure scholars and recent Ph.D. graduates in all disciplines for two postdoctoral or more senior research positions. 

These positions will be awarded for the academic year 2015-2016 to emerging scholars who will devote their ten-month residency at Princeton to writing about race in the national or global contexts and, with the approval of the Dean of the Faculty, to teaching one semester-long undergraduate course.

University of Edinburgh School of GeoSciences Bursaries for MSc by Research in Geography





Funds from the Lamb and Meiklejohn endowments have allowed the School of Geosciences to offer 2 £5000 bursaries towards a Masters degree in Geography.

These include both physical and human geography degrees: the MSc by Research in Human Geography and the MSc by Research in GeoSciences Individual Project in Physical Geography.

PhD Scholarship: Corrosion Inhibition Of Deposited Steels in the Presence of Bacteria





This multi-disciplinary PhD research project at Curtin Corrosion Engineering Industry Centre aims to develop understanding on the influence of bacteria and mineral deposits on the corrosion of low and high-alloy steels.

The project includes mechanistic studies on corrosion inhibition using conventional and newly developed organic compounds. The research methodology involves application of electrochemical and analytical methods, such as scanning electron microscopy, in combination with microbiological testing. The outcomes of the project will be directly applicable to the oil and gas industry.

The Mickey Leland International Hunger Fellowship





The Mickey Leland International Hunger Fellows Program is a unique two-year international fellowship administered by the Congressional Hunger Center (CHC).

Its mission is to develop leaders committed to finding lasting solutions to hunger and poverty worldwide through both direct programming and good policies. Leland Fellows are given the opportunity to develop new skills while actively working to alleviate hunger and poverty.

Global Change Leaders Program





The Global Change Leaders Program is a seven-week education program offered by Coady Institute’s International Centre for Women’s Leadership.  This program enables women from developing countries to strengthen their leadership capacities in order to contribute to innovation and change in their organizations and communities.

ARC Discovery 2015 DP150101708 Scholarship





Curtin University has a scholarship opportunity for a Ph.D. student to research in the area of hydrogen storage research in The Hydrogen Storage Research Group (HSRG) within the Department of Imaging and Applied Physics at the Bentley campus in Perth Australia. 

The HSRG is part of the Fuels and Energy Technology Institute (FETI), a premier research institute at Curtin. The student will investigate hydrogen storage materials confined within microporous metal scaffolds.

Open Government Fellowship
