emphasize leadership and community engagement as well as academic excellence.

Scholarships
Two scholarships valued at $15,000 each, renewable for
three more years at $15,000 per year available for international students

International Baccalaureate Diploma Entrance Scholarships

20 scholarships valued at $3,500 each available for
students entering the University of Calgary in the fall term who have
completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program with a minimum
score of 35.
You must provide the Admissions Office with a transcript
of your International Baccalaureate Diploma grades by August 1 of the
year in which you are entering the university.

Eligibility for High
School Awards
- You
must be admitted directly from high school into the first year of an
undergraduate degree program for the upcoming fall term
- Eligibility
criteria differ for each award; review details carefully
- Scholarship
Average: required for all competitive high school awards and
calculated using your 20-level high school grades (grade 11 for
non-Alberta students) or 30-level grades (grade 12) if available.
Comparable IB courses may also be used.
