The International Office provides two study completion
grants for international doctoral candidates starting from November/December
2017.
The grants are financed by the DAAD with funding from the
German Federal Foreign Office (STIBET-Doktoranden-Programm).
Amount and duration
EUR 900 per month for a duration of three months

International doctoral candidates of all subject areas
studying at the University of Cologne
Selection criteria /
requirements
Good quality of the research project and academic
performance
Financial situation of the doctoral candidate
Doctorate will be completed within the next 12 months
Special circumstances of applicant
