The School of Business Management and Economics (and SPRU)
is pleased to offer a number of Graduate Teaching Assistant Positions for
highly qualified Masters graduates who wish to study for a PhD or MPhil in the
School.

The School has a strong commitment to high quality teaching,
and a shared commitment to this is a requirement for these positions.
The successful candidates will be required to undertake
teaching and associated duties for up to six hours a week during term time.
Successful candidates will also benefit from an annual stipend of £15,000 plus
a fee waiver at either UK/EU or overseas level, as applicable. The appointment
is for one year in the first instance, renewable on an annual basis subject to
a satisfactory review of both teaching performance and progression with
research.

Eligibility
Appointment will be on academic merit and will be based on
the quality of the student's research plans and their ability to contribute to
teaching of core modules within the entire School.
