Applications are invited for a PhD student to be involved in an ARC funded project which will investigate consumers’ reactions to varying combinations of front-of-pack food labels and health claims.
The appointed student will need strong writing and analytical skills. Previous academic qualifications could include health promotion, nutrition, and/or consumer behaviour. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team of researchers based at Curtin School of Psychology and Speech Pathology.

Scholarship Value
The successful candidate will receive an annual top up stipend of $7000 per annum for up to a period of three (3) years.
This would ideally suit a candidate who is in receipt of an APA/ CUPS/ NHMRC or a competitive merit based scholarship BUT it is not a requirement.

Student must enrol in a Doctoral degree with the School of Psychology & Speech Pathology.
