Advanced Water Management for Food Production Fellowships, Netherland

Two full fellowships are available for the Advanced Water Management for Food Production programme.


This Double Degree Programme of 20 months, which will start on 17 October 2013, will partially take place at UNESCO-IHE and partially at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). In order to take part in the selection for the fellowships, students should apply before 1 September.

Why Advanced Water Management for Food Production?
Students who successfully complete this double degree program will be awarded two Masters Degrees: one from UNESCO-IHE and one from UNL. The degree students receive from UNESCO-IHE is the MSc degree in Water Science and Engineering with a specialization in Land and Water Development. UNL will award the MS degree in Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering, with a specialization in Advanced Water Management for Food Production.

Fellowships
Students, who apply and will be academically accepted, will receive an admission letter. With this letter, it's possible to take part in the selection procedure for a fellowship. It's important that the application documents (including GRE and English test results) have reached UNESCO-IHE before 1 September. Fellowship candidates will be informed before 15 September if they have been selected for the available fellowships. However, all applicants are strongly advised to keep on searching for other scholarship possibilities.
