new, full-time, degree-seeking students. U.S. citizens, permanent residents and
international students who have a demonstrated financial need may apply.

Scholarship Application Process
Priority
consideration is given to those students who apply by the deadline.
Applications received after the priority deadline will be awarded on a
funds-available basis.
