Chinese Government Scholarships for International Students

The Chinese Government Scholarship Scheme awards scholarships in China for international students to study and pursue a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree at Universities in China. Africa Initiative Exchange Program

The Africa Initiative exchange program supports short-term academic placements through grants for Africans and Canadians undertaking research on Africa. Talent for Governance Training Scholarships for Developing Countries

Talent for Governance enables ambitious, young civil servants working for local governments in developing and transitional countries to follow an international Talentprogramme in the Netherlands. This Talentprogramme consists of participation in a training course at The Hague Academy for Local Governance in The Netherlands, followed by an internship in a Dutch municipality or province and a Networking event. 

VLIR-UOS Training Scholarships for Developing Countries

VLIR-UOS awards scholarships to students from Africa, Asia and Latin-America to follow a training or master programme at a Dutch speaking university or university college in Belgium. The eligible training or master programmes are taught in English. They are designed for people in positions of responsibility in civil society.
