A public competition will take place to award 10 scholarships each worth €2,500 (inclusive of IRPEF) to deserving international students who enrol in a two year master’s degree course at the University of Macerata.
WHO CAN APPLY
The call for applications is open to international students holding a BA earned from an institution operating outside Italian university system.

Candidates must hold a B2 level qualification in English, for degree courses taught in English, or the equivalent qualification in Italian, for degree courses taught in Italian
The scholarships awarded as per this call for applications are NOT compatible with other scholarships awarded by ERSU (the regional body for the right to study of the Marche Region) and by the University of Macerata.
HOW TO APPLY
- applications must be submitted using the specific form, to be filled out in full
- the following documents must be enclosed with the application form:
a) A copy of the applicant’s passport. (EU citizens may attach a copy of their I.D. card).
b) Copy of Degree certificate including final grade, date, list of the courses attended and the exams passed with the corresponding grades) (EU citizens may use self-certification);
c) A motivational letter (max 500 words)

Applications that do not contain all the required documentation will not be taken into consideration
The application will have to be submitted by hand or sent by registered post with advice of receipt to the following address: Università degli Studi di Macerata – Ufficio protocollo, Piaggia della Torre, 8 – 62100 Macerata, no later than 2.00 p.m. on 30 June 2015. For applications sent by post, the date of postage will be considered valid; nevertheless, it will not be possible to accept applications received after the 6th of July 2015.
The documents presented by the candidate must be in either Italian or English.
In the event of documents written in any language other than Italian or English, they will have to be presented with an Italian or English translation on unstamped paper. The translation might be done directly by the candidate.
